RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATIONS – REFUNDS

General rule: In distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days.

Exception for digital content/services that commence immediately:
Where the contract concerns digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and/or digital services, and performance has begun, the right of withdrawal may be lost if the consumer has provided explicit consent to immediate commencement and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Refunds (where applicable):
Refunds are issued within a reasonable time and in any case in accordance with applicable law, using the same payment method or an equivalent means.

Once personalization or service provision has begun (e.g. creation/delivery of the first plan, access to materials, commencement of coaching/support), this constitutes commencement of performance of the service. For this reason, the Company will request the above-mentioned explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal at checkout, where required.
